What to do if I received a damaged book from Oswal?

You are eligible for a full refund if a damaged book is delivered.

You can return the order within 5 days of delivery for any damages. Go to My Orders on Oswal website to initiate a return. Our delivery partner will pick up the order from the comfort of your doorstep. No additional shipping charges are applicable.

The entire refund process takes 5-7 business days and money will be credited back to the original payment mode. In the case of Cash On Delivery orders, you will have to fill in bank account details while raising a return request. If you have been waiting longer, you can write to us at support@oswalpublishers.com to get a quick resolution.

How do I place an exchange request on Oswal?

You can write to us at sales@oswalpublishers.com within 5 days of delivery. And you will receive the exchanged book within 3-10 business days.

How to cancel an order on Oswal?

You can go to My Orders on Oswal website and cancel any order (if it’s not shipped yet).

How to return a book to Oswal?

To return a book, please send it via India Post to our address (Oswal Publishers: 3/28 A/2C, ADH Campus Jawahar Nagar Colony Near Hanuman Mandir Crossing, Khandari, Agra – 282002) and share the tracking details with us on 7351677222. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Once we receive the book, your refund will be processed within 2 working days. Please note that shipping charges from both sides will be applicable.
