The Class 10 or Secondary Exam will start from 17 February 2026 till 11th April 2026. Class 12 seniors will take the Senior Secondary Examination from 17th February 2026 till 10th April 2026. The 10th and 12th-grade exams will begin at 10.30 am and end at 1.30 pm.

Important Instructions for CBSE Board 10th and 12th Students

1. Candidates will follow the instructions rolled out by CBSE from time to time
2. Parents are advised to visit the CBSE website remain in touch with their ward’s school and keep track of their performance
3. No communication devices will be allowed in the examination hall
4. Students need to be disciplined in the examination hall
5. Candidates need to keep the admit card with themselves and in crisp condition
6. Duration to be followed for each exam as given in the admit card and question paper 
7. 15 minutes of reading time will be given to the students to read the question paper 

Important information to remember is that CBSE follows a five-cum-nine-point scale grading system. A1 is the highest grade while E is the lowest.
