D. Seat Acceptance and Confirmation
Candidates allotted a seat in JoSAA 2023 can complete their online reporting with seat acceptance fee payment and document uploading before the last date. Candidates are required to pay:
- Rs. 35,000 (All categories except SC. ST and PwD) and
- Rs. 15,000 (SC, ST and PwD categories) as the seat acceptance fee for JoSAA 2023.
- 2 supernumerary seats are preferentially allocated in every Institute for
candidates who qualify under the Defence Services (DS) category.
- Candidates with foreign tags will be considered under the GEN category.
- The number of supernumerary seats will be 10% of the total number of seats.
